head and stick
A good Head in my opinion is the brine clutch. This head is very accurate and I have found that it is a reliable head. Another head that is becoming very popular is the proton power. This head is very good as well it is more pinched. I throws accurate as well. The bad thing about the clutch is that it can warp a lot if you lean on it or do face offs a lot. Although you can bend it back into place if need be. Personally I like the brine sticks as well. One of my favorite sticks is the F series. These sticks are reliable for a good amount of time and don't bend. Another good stick is the maverik's new stick. They are coming out with light weight sticks and they are durable. The sticks that I find to be the worst are the harrow sticks. They have a tendency to break at the point where it gets narrow. Also they are not as light as some of the other sticks out there. A good beginner stick is one of the gait sticks. They aren't that good, but they are some what light and won't bend easily in the younger game.

Nice Post! I use to play lacrosse in sixth grade. I didn't know that the head and stick of a lacrosse stick were so important. I bought a really bad 15 dollar stick at Sports Authority. This blog influenced me to be more precise about buying lacrosse equipment if I ever go back to the sport.
